We provide standard shipping via USPS. Shipping timelines depend on your geographic location. We do not currently provide international shipping. All orders will be shipped after August 6, 2021. I never received my phone case. What now?


We're so sorry that you're experiencing this inconvenience and would love to get this sorted out right away! If your order does not arrive in 45 days please contact us at info@seventhhouse.org with your order number and a description of your issue. We'll be sure to respond within 24-48 business hours.




How can I make changes to my order?


You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Please email us at info@seventhhouse.org with your order number and new purchase details. We'll be happy to help! Please note: We do not provide refunds at this time, only exchanges at an equivalent price.




Do you provide refunds or warranties?


We do not currently provide refunds or warranties. We do, however, provide exchanges to any order if notice is submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
